Adoria's story
A letter from the founder
Adoria was not born from a single moment, but from a journey shaped by different worlds that have always been deeply connected to me.
Growing up within a family involved in hospitality gave me an early understanding of what it means to welcome people, anticipate their needs and create an experience that feels effortless from the outside, even when it requires extraordinary organisation behind the scenes.
My academic path later brought me to Bocconi University, where I completed a Master’s in Management with a focus on Fashion, Luxury & Made in Italy. It gave me a deeper understanding of the luxury industry — not simply as an expression of beauty, but as a culture built on quality, consistency, craftsmanship and the ability to create value through every detail.
Hospitality remained an important part of my professional journey. Through the family hotel business and the development of MyItalyHome, I gained direct experience in managing guests, properties and complex operations, learning how organisation and human connection must constantly work together.
At the same time, my fascination with Italy’s history, architecture and historic residences became increasingly central to my work and personal interests. Becoming a member of ADSI – Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane was a natural continuation of this passion and of my desire to contribute to the appreciation of Italy’s remarkable cultural heritage.
Eventually, these different experiences began to converge.
Adoria was created as the expression of that journey: a place where my background in management, luxury, hospitality and Italian heritage could come together through weddings and events.
It is the result of everything that came before it — and the beginning of everything I want to create next.
